Hey there...Yvonne here to share a quickie layout and tag idea.

For the layout I used Hello My Name Is...
This was inspired by a sketch challenge from Scrapbook Generations Magazine.
Did you see the issue in March?
If not click here...it is full of more Teresa Collins inspiration!!!
And below is a tag from another challenge taken from that magazine!
I hope you are inspired to do some quick and easy layouts or tags!

Until next time!

Everyday Life mini-album by Yvonne

It's me Yvonne and I am so excited to be here today to share this album with you.
Let me start of with a little back history.  I was in Hobby Lobby browsing around and I saw this stand.
It was funky colors, but the bones where...well I heard angel singing, hehehe.
I knew as soon as I saw it I would paint it and it would  make a very special piece.
I just didn't know what papers I would use yet.
Then...I received my box of Teresa Collins Products for CHA and I knew.
As soon as I saw Hello My Name Is...I knew.
Goose bumps I tell you, lol.
Yep it really happened...have you ever had that?
The first thing I did was paint the stand a color to match the paper line.
I then covered the main part with the beautiful damask decorative paper.
Oh, let me tell you this line just sings to me as I'm working.
I then measured the "clip" area.
Then it was time for the bones of the mini album.
It just clips in so that whoever wound like to look at it just has to unclip and flip, wink.

Don't you just think this makes a fabulous statement!
Home decor mixed with a mini album...I think it made me a little to giddy!

Here is the view of the album off the stand.
The album itself is just my traditional back to back album.  You just want to fold your pages,
and then adhere them back to back.  The beauty of it being on the stand is that if I want to I can keep adding pages.  Ha...fun right!
I thought it would be fun to have sections to the mini, so that is where the tabs come into play.
This is a book that would be fabulous for you to do with any member of your family.
It's so fun to have these types of mini's so you can see how different things are in years to come.
Great for showing the changes we all go through.
These Polaroid frames are great for Instagram pics.
I just cut the sheet of them apart so I could use them individually.
I made this album for a friend so I left the pictures slots open for her to add her things in.
Needless to say, I will be buying more of these stands...I think they will make great Christmas gifts...Ugh..did I just say the C word? LOL.

The book itself isn't too bulky yet, but when all the pieces and parts get added it will be a piece of chunky heaven. Love seeing books chunky and full of memories.  It's the best to see something you create being filled with things that will become cherished memories of the future.
I hope you enjoyed today's album.  It truly is a work of love and inspiration!
I hope that it will inspire you to look at something in a whole new light and be inspired to create the unexpected!
Have a great week!

Monthly Journal Album Book by Cheri Piles using "Hello My Name Is" collection

Hey everyone, Today I wanted to share this fun journal book! On the cover of this pre-made chipboard album I stamped along the top and bottom using the damask stamp and just repeating it. Using the new Basically Essential Modeling Paste and alpha stencil I created the words "GOALS, DREAMS" The "&" is a the new Decorative Wood Pieces and I just colored it with ink to make it black. I layered the red and black sequins in the center of the damask stamped borders, added the chipboard "journal" sticker. The red word strips are from the 6 x 6 paper pad and I cut the page apart using the words in my book.

Each of the months I cut out from the months paper in the 6x6 paper pad, then I added words into each of the open spaces on them using the new Basically Essential Alpha's. You will be shocked how many words you can create from just one sheet (there are 6 sheets per package!!) On this page I used one of the new tags from the package of Basically Essential envelope and tag package. I have loved playing with the new modeling paste and here you can see I only covered part of the tag then I stamped on it. The typewriters on the top of the tag is one of the four rolls of washi tape

I created all of my non chipboard pages with white cardstock then cut apart the 6x6 paper pad into 4x6 sheets. All of the red word strips in this book are from one of the sheets of the paper pad - it really gives the book some POP and is so inspirational and quite perfect for my journal book! I also added the new "TAGS" throughout the book. I love that there are places to journal but are also quite decorative too!

This is another chipboard page that is just decorative. I loved the stamped border and quotes!

I layered the sticker quote right over the top of the journal tag, it makes it look like the "This is me" is a separate piece but it's part of the tag.

I love LOTS of layers!!

You might not consider this but it's going to be ok with me to write all over the "LUCKY" card, you will still see it when I journal over it in black ink.

I loved playing with the new library card - it comes in the "envelope and tag package". I added the vine stencil and modeling paste image to the front.

The "life" is another tag. I am LOVING them, can you tell??

This is probably my MOST FAVORITE!!! I love the STAMP and matching STENCIL on the tag together. I just LOVE LOVE LOVE the look of it!!

One thing I love about using the modeling paste and stencils is that there really are not RULES, just play with them and use as little or much as you want!!

I love this circle tag - I think I'm just going to write one word in each of the circles!

And last but not least - a good quote. I LOVED being so inspired to create this journal album. I hope you have been inspired to create one too!!

Hello My Name Is Valentines Cards by Christie Bryant

Tomorrow is Valentines day, a day to celebrate LOVE! Feeling inspired by love, I created a couple of Valentines using the Hello My Name Is line. This line is so versatile, I think it may be one of my all-time favorites!

On the first card, I created some simple tags using various papers in the Hello My Name Is line, I love tags and Valentines Day is all about love.

On the second card, I dressed up a "Love" tag from the Hello My Name Is "Lucky" paper with a few sequins and a hand written, "All you need is". I added some hand-stitching around the edges and a big red bow.

I hope you feel inspired to make some homemade valentines for your "someone special".

Kisses and valentine hugs,
Christie

Hello My Name Is "Lucky" - A Hello My Name Is layout by Leslie Ashe

hello again everyone!

I'm back today to share another Hello My Name Is layout with you.

For this layout I used one of the amazing transparencies Teresa designed
for the top of my photo. I absolutely LOVE these!! They are the perfect
addition! They add the cutest touch to just your everyday family photo:

I actually started my project by placing my transparency right on
top of my photo and stapling it at the top left. It was a bit larger
than my photo around the edges, but I liked some of it hanging off
-so all I did was trim around the edge a bit. Not even caring if it was
even. I just wanted a jagged, fun look.

My border is created simply by:
-trimming 3 strips 3x12 inches long
-using a decorative border punch (mine is the scallop with circle)
punch the edge and adhere directly to your background (I used white cardstock)
-punch 6 hearts using a medium sized heart punch (this one is 1.5")
-align them down the side of the decorative border

the rest of my layout was completed using:
-add photo (with transparency added) to the bottom of the hearts
-add sticker sentiment directly above
-using the ephemera kit, add a flourish frame then build on top
of it using banners, wooden pieces, stickers and letters.
-finish by journaling along the right side of your page

thanks for stopping by today!
Isn't the "Hello My Name Is" line gorgeous? You need it in your life!
Your scrapbook life...it will make your pages pop!

Have a great day!

Me Mini by Yvonne Blair

Hi everyone! Really excited to be back and sharing this mini featuring Teresa's new Hello My Name Is collection! This collection is fabulous! I love love love the color pallet. To me it is chic and elegant with a little fun thrown in!
So here is the mini below.
The album itself is a pre-made album from Basically Bare.
I took the coil out and covered the pages with paper from Hello My Name Is.
I like the papers to go from edge to edge, so if you are easy and remove the coil carefully, after you are done covering, you can re punch the holes and put the album back together.

Below you can see the Sunday-Saturday, that was done with one of the new essentials stencils and Teresa's Modeling Paste.  Let me just say LOVE LOVE LOVE this paste!
It is so fun and easy...you will LOVE the dimension it gives you!
More Modeling Paste below.  Layers were added on top of the paste for added dimension.
I cut the Polaroids out one by one from one of the Hello My Name Is papers.
You get so much bang for your buck that way.
Below I cut Six Polaroids and kept them together for a place to add some daily pictures.
The little "hello" piece is from the new wood embellishments...so cool....can't get enough of those.

Another new embellishment added to the Teresa Collins Collections are the fun flip ups...
It is featured below and staggers as it flips up.  So cool!
It makes for a great place to tuck and hide journaling or pictures.

These are the last two pages.  I used the new heart stencil in the Essentials line and added the design with paste to the transparency...such a fun way to make a peeking page.

A little closeup of the cover so you can see the dimension and layers.
These new collections have some fun new features.

Hope you enjoyed todays Mini Album...I will be back next time with a frame all dressed up with the Modeling Paste! Oh am I excited to share that one!
Make sure to ask your Local Scrapbook Stores to carry Teresa Collins lines so you don't miss out on the fun!!!
Until next time....

Hello My Name is Layout by Leslie Ashe

Hello My Name Is - "This Is Me" - layout by Leslie Ashe

good morning everyone!

I hope this week finds  you well & excited to start a new project!

Today I'm here to share some inspiration with a layout I completed
using the every so lovely "Hello My Name Is" line by Teresa.

I love how she incorporated the kraft, white, deep red, gray, blacks together
to form this incredibly beautiful line.

I decided a while back
that it's time to let go of the "I have to be BEHIND the camera, not in FRONT" to
capture the memories of our daily lives.
It's time to let that go and make it a habit to make myself be part
of our family history, our scrapbooks. Not in any vain way mind you -
but so my future generation can see I was real.
Real in my thoughts, beliefs, uphill battles, challenges in life, loves,
celebrations, joys, tears, goals..etc. I could go on and on with that list...
so here I am. In front and real:
"This Is Me"

I started this layout with the hearts.
I like to hand cut a lot of my shapes. It's basically "old school".
I rarely measure - I just cut away.
but for you - I will show you how I measured (after the fact, HA!) and
created this project.

What I did was:
-fold a piece of 12x12" patterned paper in half & starting at the bottom,
cut around in the shape of a heart (like back in school days!)
-adhere to another piece of patterned paper & cut around the first heart
making another heart. Actually - do this twice for the "triple heart" look.
-adhere to your main background, then using a black pen,
  stitch around the edges
-lay your photo down and use part of the trim from the edge of the paper
as a border next to your photo
-use a file folder as your journaling (private if you choose)
-adhere it next to your photo

-add a wooden embellishment to the bottom flap so you can "lift" for journaling
-add wooden embellishment to the top right and cluster with epoxy and
  cardstock stickers
-add word stickers going down the right side of your page
-layer wooden embellishments to bottom left of page (I love stacking the wooden pieces!)
-stamp "here" to another sheet of patterned paper & add just under
-final step - add the gorgeous jewels from Hello My Name Is
 as your final touch.

I hope you've enjoyed my little piece of inspiration today..
thanks for stopping by!
I can't wait to see what all YOU make using "Hello My Name Is"...
