Hello again! I'm back with a couple of cards created with the oh so wonderful, Something Wonderful collection. This is one of my dream collections as it is made up of one of my most favorite color combinations, red, aqua, and cream/white, and as always there are so many products within this collection that creating becomes so effortless and easy...love, love, love it!
This first card uses a combination of Something Wonderful chipboard, die cut tag, metal brad, and decorative tape, along with the 6x6 paper pad.
I also love using the Teresa Collins stencils and modeling paste just as often as I can, so I created a fun border to place on the diagonal using these products and then finishing the card off with a few lovely, aqua sequins. These are always such a perfect finishing touch.
My next card uses many of the same elements with the addition of a couple of cardstock stickers and a sweet Something Wonderful folder attached to the center.
My favorite characteristic of the folders are the contrasting prints on the outside and inside and for that reason, I wanted this folder to be open on the front of my card. I just slipped in a die cut tag, cardstock sticker, and embellished it with a metal brad, and made the folder the focal point on this particular card.
There are so many patterns and elements to mix and match in the Something Wonderful collection. It's hard to put away because it is such a dream to create with.
Thanks for stopping by.
Melissa
