Thank you and Congratulations tags by Cheri Piles using the Memories collection

Hey everyone, I was so excited when I was up this week to make some tags. I knew exactly what I wanted to share with you!

Have you all read this paper?? It is sooo super perfect for cards and tags! Take a moment to read all of the sayings and quotes...  

See what I mean???  I LOVE all of the different fonts in the paper. The paper is called "WORDS".

Today I am sharing a Congratulations and Thank you tag created using the Memories Collection and the above mentioned paper.

To recreate this card: Cut out the Ledger card with date from the "Ledger Cards" paper. Cut the top corners on an angle to create the card. Punch a hole in the top center. Adhere "remember" die cut centered left and right below the red line on the ledger card. Layer the blue and yellow flowers using pop dots or foam tape, add medium yellow enamel dot to the center, then adhere onto the top right corner. Cut out "we do not remember days; we remember moments" from the words paper adhere using pop dots or foam tape onto remember die cut. Add small coral enamel dot to bottom center of remember die cut. Add letters "Congrats!" from the sticker sheet to lower left of tag. Tie some ribbon to the top and your done!

This is a fun one, I got the idea to use the packaging from the buttons from team member Jamie Harder a few weeks ago when she used some packaging on one of her layouts. I love the shape of the bottom and I cut it a little shorter, punched a hole in the center then punched the upper corners using a "deco" punch. 

To recreate this tag: Cut the blue banner sticker to 4 1/4" and add 1/2" from left side. Cut the smaller doily die cut in half and adhere one side 3/4" from upper left and the other side 1/2 from bottom right. Cut out 4 x 7/8" strip from the "ledger cards" paper (the back side) and cut an upside down v on the bottom to create your banner. Cut out "Always" from the dots paper and adhere to top of banner. Add small coral enamel dot under always. Cut out the quote "there are these moments of life that I'll always remember, not because they were important, but because you were there with me." and adhere to your banner. Adhere your banner using pop dots to the right of your blue banner with "always" just barely hanging over the top. Add "Thank YOU" letters from sticker sheet to bottom left of tag.

I hope this inspires you to take a second look at paper and all of the fun ways you can use them for more than what they may seem at first glance!
