Christmas Week featuring Christmas Cottage by Yvonne Blair

Hi everyone!  I'm sure you are all in the middle of Christmas prep, parties, wrapping, baking or maybe even just relaxing and waiting on Christmas.  (I would be the one running around like a chicken with my head cut off, lol)
So, when the girls were talking about doing posts relating to  A Week In the Life, I was all over that!  I decided for my project that I would like to get a jump on the week of Christmas.  It always passes like a blur and I never have a chance to document the days leading up to Christmas. So, I thought if I could get the layout ready and slid into the page protectors...all I would have to do is take the pictures and add them in!  What could be easier?  I think this will work.  I have a list of pictures I want to take, such as a trip to Starbucks, the Christmas Tree with the gifts underneath, baking the day before, leaving cookies for Santa! (yes, we still do this, because I play Santa!!!) I would also like to get a picture of our little fur baby Roxie laying under the tree among the presents (which she absolutely does).
So I took Project Life and intermixed A Week in the Life.  I am ready and waiting to document Christmas week!  SO fun, so easy and one more thing I can check off my list, woo hoo.
Here are a couple of the close-ups.  I stapled each number on so that I can tuck the pictures right under their corresponding number.  I also layered the flower die cuts from Christmas Collage to give it some dimension.
(and I can't seem to make a layout without a doily, lol)

Here is the double page layout.  I had to take it out of the sleeves because of the glare, but I think you get the point.  This is my favorite Project Life layout.  I have a ton of these babies ready to go for 2013.  I love being able to add small little pieces and have them come together as the big picture!  Fun...this definitely got me ready for my goal of Project Life for 2013!

And finally, I wanted to make sure Santa new I've been very good this year!  I'm hoping for the Fuji Instax to help with Project Life!

I hope you all have a very happy holiday, Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah or whatever season makes you sparkle, wink.  See you in 2013!!!
Supplies used:
Christmas Cottage papers, Christmas countdown kit, Christmas Cottage Washi Tape, Christmas Cottage Die cut flowers, Christmas Cottage Chipboard embellishments.
