Here is a Mini that I am working on for my daughter. She is turning 17 in July and I want her to have a record of her life at 16. I did the same thing when she was 13 and she loves it. It gives her a glimpse into herself, it lets her see how she is changing, growing and how different things are becoming more important or less important.
Above there is a folded hidden page that will allow Bre to write a little letter to herself. I want her to write were she sees herself in 10 years, what she thinks her life will be like. It will be fun for her to look back on it later.
I still have some blank pages left as to add a few more little things. I want it to go right up to the day before she turns 17.
I have also put her stats inside and a few little messages that I hope she finds beneficial at some point in her life. Some words for thought so to speak.
We also added a list of her favorites. Things she loves right now. Things she thinks she can't live without, wink.
I have also added some personal messages. Some things that I love about her and her personality. Below you see a picture of her waiting for Wesley right before they headed to his senior Prom.
As you can see below, there are many pages full of memories or will be full of memories of her 16th year! I absolutely loved making this for her. I hope that she will cherish it as much as I do. I think she will, she is already loving it and it isn't quite finished just yet! Hope you enjoy. I hope you will also be inspired to create a little mini about a certain age for the people in your family. I intend on doing one for her when she is 21 as well. I am also doing one for myself and my husband! It will be fun to look back on in a few years!
