A Tinsel & Company Trio of Cards

Hi!  I love having a head start on Christmas cards.  I created a quick trio of cards featuring the Tinsel & Company collection.  I was so inspired by the beautiful diecuts in the ephemera pack.

This first one features one of the printed journaling cards from the Tinsel & Company ephemera pack:

 I stamped the 'Joy to the World' from the Tinsel & Company clear stamp set in the center and then sewed it on to my card base.  The base itself has been embossed using the Beautiful Words embossing folder by Teresa Collins for Craftwell.  I added the pretty line of holly diecut next, using foam adhesive so it pops up.  I added a few sequins to add a little sparkle too.

My second card is all about the stars!

 I started with the pretty falling stars patterned paper from the Tinsel & Company 6x6 pad.  I added the three star diecuts next, using foam adhesive to pop up the layers.  The 'Oh Holy Night' makes a perfect Christmas sentiment- I added that, along with a few pretty sequins to finish off this one.

I love the diecuts on this next one!  They are beautiful snowflake ornaments:

I started with a dark red card base and added a panel of kraft cardstock to the center.  I stamped the flourishes with Delicata gold ink where I wanted the tops of my ornaments to hang.  I also splattered some gold ink over the kraft cardstock and let it dry.
Before adding my ornaments, I punched tiny holes in the tops and threaded the linen thread through.  I added a bow to each one as well.  I layered them onto the card front using foam adhesive by Xyron  to pop up the front one.
I stamped the 'peace' sentiment from the Tinsel & Company clear stamp set with black ink, over and over again.  I added the gold sequins to accent the focal point.

In all, I used very few products on these cards.  A few sequins, the clear stamps, a bit of patterned paper from the 6x6 pad and of course the ephemera pack are all you need from the Tinsel & Company collection to create these looks.  That means more goodies left for next time, right? :)
