Guest Designer Laurel Seabrook using Daily Stories!

Hi everyone, Laurel here and I am so honored to be a Guest here on the Teresa Collins blog.  If you follow my blog at all you will know how much I love using the Teresa Collins products!  Today I have a layout to share with you.  I used the Daily Stories and Far & Away collections.

My daughter and I recently went on a school trip to France and London.  I was very happy that she chose to spend a lot of time with me rather than her friends.  We had a great time and I wanted to document that.

I love to add bits of clusters here and there that include die cuts, die cuts, chipboard.. anything that helps to carry out the theme. And stitching.  I always include stitching, hehehe.

My favorite layouts are those that are a bit askew.  I like them to look like the items just kind of fell onto the page and I adhered them as is.  Nothing too perfect

I hope you have enjoyed my creation here today.  I would love it if you visited my blog, I do try to post to it daily!

  6. This page is an absolute delight, Laurel! I really like the photo and it warmed my heart to hear how Dancia chose to spend a lot of time with you. I liked your description of how you want your pages to look. I think it takes a lot of effort to make it look effortless and you have the knack to pull it off time after time!

  8. Awesome job! I love the grid paper you used. It allows you to create white area that is slightly toned by the lines. All the elements of your layout are excellent and expertly done.
