You are my Happy Mini by Yvonne Blair

Hey everyone!
I'm really excited to be back to share a little mini made with Teresa Collins new line...
You are my Happy.
This line is amazing!
I love the colors, the patterns, the fun little embellishments.
I made this mini to give as a Christmas present, but I cannot say who, wink.
I will leave the places for pictures open for them to add their story to the book.
This is my staggered album.  I absolutely love making these, because you can peek at the next page before you turn the page.

The book is made out of four pieces of chipboard.
You will need one each of these sizes.
3 x 8.5-cover
4 x 8.5-page 1
5 x 8.5-page 2
6 x 8.5-back cover
Cover each of these chipboard pieces with pattern paper of your choice or you can follow my example.
Here you can just place the embellishments, I left the white cardstock as a matte for a picture.
I would also probable use a couple of 2 x 3 pictures on the left page.
Above, I used my TC eBosser to add some texture to the page.
It makes a great textured matte for another picture.
I wanted to add an embossed page, so I embossed a 7 x 8.5 piece of white cardstock, folded it in half and now have a couple of extra pages with beautiful texture.
Here is a close up that just pops the embossed part.
A view of the inside of the page.
And finally the back inside cover.  Here I used one of the file folders from the line to create more places for journaling and pictures.  Love these little folders as they give you much added room to a little mini!

I hope you enjoyed today's little mini.
There are so many people that could be your happy!
Why don't you show them with a cute little mini, wink.
