Hi everyone. Yvonne here today with a mini featuring Teresa Collins Family Stories line.
This line is so fun, can be used for family, boy, girl, or day to day life.
The book is 6 x 8 1/2. There are a lot of fold outs and pockets to give extra
"real estate" and places for journaling.
On the left page I cut a piece of black cardstock (8 1/2 x 4 1/4) and folded it in half, placed a decorative piece of Family Stories paper on the front. This gives the opportunity for some hidden pictures or hidden journaling. On the right side I used one of the envelopes to create a journal pocket.
On these two pages there is a file folder tucked behind a decorative strip.
On the right side some extra black cardstock lends itself to create flaps and pockets.
This is a view with the flap folded shut.
Here we have a folded piece of decorative paper to create another pocket.
Following the diagonal line I cut the decorative paper to create a corner pocket for more
places to tuck folded cards and journaling cards.
On the left there is a pocket created by slitting the paper before I adhered it to the back of the previous page. It creates a seamless place that you can tuck more fun things.
Another pocket page with a file folder and picture mat on the right and
a border punch strip to create another place to tuck stuff.
The diagonal strip is on a piece of 5 3/4 x 12 black cardstock. Fold it in half and create a flap the folds up.
Just some simple embellishing with some room for pictures.
Hope you enjoyed this mini. I am trying to get a video done to show some of the fun features of this album so keep your eyes open for that.
