Stationery Noted Mini Album by Yvonne Blair

Hi everyone...Yvonne here today with a new mini album featuring Stationery Noted.
This line is absolutely gorgeous and so very versatile to boot.
I wanted to make a mini for my Mother-in-law where I could put pictures of all the cousins together with Bre, but at the same time focus on Bre.  I will be making books for the boys as well.
I am giving this to her for her birthday in a few short weeks and cannot wait to see her reaction! wink.
As you can see in the above and below pictures the front cover is interactive.
Love that it has a hidden picture underneath the sentiment.

This book is put together by folding pages in half and adhering them back to back.
It is one of my favorite ways to create a mini, because there is no need for rings or wires.
Using the Polaroid frames was a great way to highlight the pictures.

All the fun sentiments that Teresa included in this line made it so easy to add some fun thoughts.

And here is a side view so you can see that the book is chunky but not overly so.

Supplies used:
Stationery Noted papers-Poppies, Flowers, Music, Owl Ledger, Ledgers, Damask and Quotes.
Stationery Noted Sticker sheet, Decorative Brads, Chipboard Elements, Die Cut Borders, Washi Tape, Enamel Dots, Buttons, Corners, sticky notes.
Teresa Collins Xyron Mega Runner
Other, Bazzill cardstock, chipboard, ribbon, doilies.

Putting Your Book together-Cut your chipboard to 5 3/4  x 11.  Cover one chipboard with Red Poppies 7 1/4 x 12.  I wrapped it like a present. Cover the other piece of chipboard with same size of grey bazzill cardstock.
Then adhere remaining Poppies paper to the center of cardstock covered chipboard.
(just to decorate the back cover a bit)
Cut Owl Ledger and  Damask to 10 3/4 x 10 1/2.  Fold those in half so the length is 10 3/4.  Adhere those back to back. (Don't add adhesive to the front or back sides yet.)

Score remaining sheets at 5 1/4 from left side. Fold.  You will have a 1 1/2" piece left on the right side.  Fold the Flowers paper toward the inside fold.  Adhere this back to back to the backside of Damask.
Take the Ledger piece and adhere it to the backside of Flowers Paper.  You will have an 1 1/2" piece that you will fold around to the next page after it is adhered.  Fold and adhere Music paper to the back side of Ledger paper.  Now fold the 1 1/2 piece of chevron pattern to the Music page. Fold red diagonal piece toward the inside fold of Music page.

Take a strip of Grey Cardstock about 1 1/2 x 12 and wrap around spine.  Adhere to the front and back. Now take your chipboard pieces and adhere the book itself to the corresponding covers.
Now you have the main part of the album put together and you can embellish as seen in pictures or embellish as you wish!

To create the flap on the front of the book I cut a piece of grey cardstock to 4 1/4 x 12.  Fold that in half to create piece 4 1/4 x 6.  You will want the flap on the top side.  Then it is time to embellish!
I hope you have been inspired to create a fun place to keep some of your memories!  Have fun crafting! Until next time....
