6x6 Paper Pad Challenge with Stacy Rodriguez

Hey there everyone Stacy Rodriguez here with you today.  This month has been a super fun month full of challenges for us!  This week my challenge was to create something using a 6x6 paper pad!  After thinking about it for it for awhile, and of course changing my mind on what I was going to create not once, not twice, but three times....here is what  I came up with.

This project started as a fun photo holder insert for one of my mini albums, but the more I played and added to it, well it became a little bulky to fit into the pocket inside of my mini album.  This project is super easy to create, doesn't use alot of paper, and you can disply this on your desk at the office, or simply place it inside of your purse to share photos with everyone!

My finished project is a tri-fold photo holder using the new Far & Away line.

Inside I created pockets where you can insert tags or photo mats whichever you would like.  I created four tags to insert into my pockets.  On this first tag I used some of the fabulous decorative tape and twine.  There are two excellent sheets in this 6x6 paper pad that you can cut apart and use them for journaling spot on any creation.

Of course you see the decorative tape on the tag below, and a couple of fun die cuts from this line!

The tag already had a hole in the top of it which was a perfect place to put a brad!  I also added one of the sticky notes to this one!

And my last tag leaves lots of room for journaling!

Would you like to learn how to create this photo holder????  Well I have created a video walking you through it so you cane make one of your own.  Make sure you share with us on the Teresa Collins Designs facebook page so we can see you creations!  Below is a link to the video.

Thanks for stopping by the blog today, hope you have a wonderful day! Don't forget we have a fun giveaway going on and all you have to do is leave a comment each day this week to be entered!

  8. You pulled some patterns and papers from the line that caused me to take a second look at the collection as more than a travel line. Thanks for your project.

Also like the fact that you intended to make something and during the process it turns into something else entirely...real life crafting.
