Playing With Scraps by Stacy Rodriguez

Hey everyone, Stacy here today.  Last month I shared I mini album using the Vintage Finds 6x6 paper pad and told you that I would share a project with you created with the scraps from that album.  Well it's time for me to share a little home decor piece with you.  It's simply a perfect way to use up all of those scraps....and I know that you all have scraps of paper!

I love how this one turned out, I even put the year our family was established on it.  Here is a picture of the finished project for you to see.  Look at how well all the different size scrap pieces of paper work togther. The ticket border strip was simply PERFECT across the bottom front of this one!

Again on this project I used the Vintage Finds 6x6 paper pad (all of my scraps & pieces left from creating my mini album), paper flowers, brads, faceted rhinestones, border strips, chipboard elements 1, layered stickers, flashcards...well pretty much all of the super fun embellishments are on this one.  How about a couple of close up photos for you.

You could add a family photo or two on this project if you wanted to, but i'm happy with how it turned out without a photo on it.

Well thanks for stopping by the blog today, hopefully i've inspired you to create something fabulous with your paper scraps....see ya next time!
