A very THANKFUL Haunted Hallows- Laura Mc

Hi everyone!  I wanted to show you how to make a couple FALL themed projects with the Haunted Hallows line.  Since my girls are not big on Halloween and scary things, I don't have a lot of pictures to scrapbook of that Holiday.  So today I decided I wanted to show you how versatile this line is!

Here's a layout I made with Haunted Hallows, called "3 Blessings"

I {heart} the colors black and orange and with this layout I incorporated a lot of the papers and embellishments from the Haunted Hallows line, but made a more Fall or Thankful layout.  This picture is of our girls in Italy this summer and I wanted to convey how BLESSED we feel about our daughters!  I printed the picture out after I had played a bit with Picnik to add some ages elements and a canvas look to the photo.  I love polka dots and this new "chevron" paper is SO "in" right now, so I wanted to make those the base for my background papers.

For those of you who follow Teresa's every line, you will recognize the "Blessings" title from her Thankful line last year.  I had a few papers left over from that line (because I hoard this stuff :) and thought I would bring in some of that line to blend with the new line.  That's the GREAT thing about Teresa's products.  You can count on her lines working SO well together!

The "date" circle is also from that line and I added some of her orange tulle to each journaling spot as well as some tags for journaling.  The crown "bling" just adds another element to that grouping and gives the over-all layout the "shabby chic" look I just LOVE!

The next project was a very quick project for your Thanksgiving table:

I found these DARLING little acorn place-card holders at my local craft store and decided to use some of the Haunted Hallows papers for the names.

I simply cut out little strips of the orange polka dot paper and then trimmed the edges with decorative scissors and wrote out names on them.  I then added a brad on each from the Haunted Hallows line and a little flower and leaf jewel and I was done!  Aren't they so cute and would be PERFECT for your Thanksgiving table.

See how easy it is to use ALL her products together AND to make things other than just the Holiday it was meant for.  Give it a try and see how FUN and EASY it is!

Have a Great day,
