Hi everyone...I cannot tell you how much I am LOVING the new He Said-She Said line!
The colors. The embellishments. The mustaches! I am such a sucker for a good mustache joke.
Like...(using your best Sean Connery voice)..."I mustache you a question, but I'm shaving it for later." :)
I have a mustache layout on my blog today. If you know any other good mustache jokes, I'd love to hear!
Today I'd like to share a He Said-She Said layout...one with my daughters.
First I'd like to point out that my girls are just about as DIFFERENT as is humanly possible...so to have them smiling together in a photo is pretty priceless for me.
This is an 8.5x11 layout. The base of my layers is one of Teresa's new file folders. LOVE them! I chose that first, and worked my way up to the photo, tucking in little bits and pieces as I went along. The top layer is on pop dots:
If you are going to do stitching....do it BEFORE you adhere that piece to your layout. ;)
I found a heart shape I liked (I think mine was a punch shape)...then I traced it lightly with a pencil 3 times. Then I used my paper piercer to poke the stitching holes. I used DMC thread (3 strands) for my hearts.
I also machine stitched on this layout. Ooooh, and the washi tape. I have a thing for washi tape.
I need a washi tape intervention.
See? File folder...add a couple of those awesome enamel dots, and you're all set.
Have a great Tuesday!
