I am headed to CHA today in Chicago. It is something that I always look forward to. I wish EVERY crafter could go and see the products in real life. I am debuting a brand new booth at this show. It has been a lot of work to design a new booth, new collections and balance a very active family the past few months. I love it though and I hope it shows by the lines that I produce. Everyone is asking... Will I be at Mall of America and teach at Scrapfest? YES, YES, and YES. I am teaching THREE WORKSHOPS with my new collections- Tell Your Story, Christmas Cottage and Vintage Finds. I know sign ups are August 1st and the workshops sell out FAST! Don't hesitate to sign up if you are going.

I literally go straight from the airport to teach. I am teaching TWO workshops there. The first one sold out so fast and so I added another workshop. SOLD OUT!!!!! I am so thankful and humbled by the support. The store is fabulous and I am thrilled to be asked to come teach again this year.
TODAY I am debuting my THIRD collection- VINTAGE FINDS. I am simply in LOVE with this beautiful line. I love that it is Vintage but still very me. Timeless and sophisticated is what I was going for. I wanted a line that expressed family and gratitude and could be a line used for any theme: FALL, GRATITUDE, HALLOWEEN, FAMILY, etc. Well, basically anything!
It is a collection that expressed being POSITIVE and celebrating LIFE! I am truly thrilled with how the entire collection came out.

ReplyDeleteThis 'Vintage Finds' collection surely hits all the marks you were aiming to achieve. It is timeless and sophisticated as well as beautiful. Love the 5X7 album covers. Would love to make an album with those. I like all the elements that you are including in your collections at this time (espicially stamps, washi tape, tickets, and flash cards). I didn't mention the paper, because wanting them is always a given.(P.S. I like it when you show the product numbers as you did with 'Tell Your Story'. That way I can jot them all down so I'm sure not to miss a thing).

The colors and patterns... omg! I am totally in love with the music notes and the clocks. It is vintage AND beautiful! I would have to say that the brads are my favorite embellishment. ReplyDeleteHow do you come up with this stuff??? I'd love to know how your whole creative process works and how you visualize the line, do you see it right away or does it evolve as you get going? Who could imagine vintage and sophisticated going together but you did and you made it look beautiful and effortless! The idea of the layered flowers and flash cards add a new twist and excitement to crafting. Julie's layout showcases the flowers beautifully. Really love your layout showing ways to utilize the washi tape, the cute crown buttons, the wonderful die-cut border(love the glitzy gold)and the piece de resistance...the rhinestone medallion. Favorite embellishment for this line...I'd have to go with the layered flowers. Can I ask which ONE is yours Teresa??? I'd be curious to know if YOU can pick JUST one!!!

Teresa-- Your collections can be identified by your unique style. When I go into my scrapbook store, I have no doubt what paper is yours. The fact that you change it up, change the colors, add elements,etc., doesn't change your style. I love that I can count on your style.
