Hi! It's Leslie here today with a confession: I just can't get ENOUGH.
When I first got my CHA goodie box (my first DT box!)
I about DIED over each and every collection - but I have to admit...
colors & patterns together. Pinks, anchors, hearts, navy, polka dots, orange..
Pure beauty - totally delicious.
I couldn't WAIT to get started playing:
Circles are one of my favorite shapes - I am a polka dot
girl! I knew circles are what I wanted to use for this layout
about my sweet niece, Presley.
I started with a soft white background, then angled the woodgrain
patterned paper.
With the circles - I started by placing the large circle doily chipboard piece
first, then layering with different sized punched circles. I added buttons, sequins, epoxy dots,
as well as stickers and chipboard for circles & added dimension.
The arrows are perfect for pointing right to my subject - this precious baby girl!
I finally added letter stickers and chipboard as my title & journaled
along the top edge of my layout.
here's another closer look at my page.
Thank you for letting me share with you today! I hope you've enjoyed my
very first post!
