Teresa Collins eBosser Masquerade Party mini album by Cheri Piles

I am loving using the new TCeBosser! For this project I was playing around looking for all the fun things I could emboss with! Here's a little video of a few things...

This is embossed tin that I picked up from the hardware store. I love the look of it!! This is one of the folders that will come with the HSN bundle.

This was just a paper bag that I painted in pearl white then in black on the embossed side of the bag. I loved how it turned out!

Here is a piece of thick plastic packaging, I love all of the depth in it. This is also one of the folders that will come in the bundle on HSN.

Another paper bag painted in silver on the embossed side.

This is the same pattern on the plastic packaging. Before I put the bag thru the machine I inked the embossing folder as demostrated here on this video:

This is another fun folder!

I hope you are inspired to create something fun and have enjoyed all of our projects using the new TCebosser.

If you did not hear the news the new TCebosser is debuting on HSN Tomorrow -Tuesday September 17th!

Be sure to mark your calendars for show times for the HSN launch on Tuesday September 17th! Air times are 1am & 6pm eastern times, unless otherwise posted.

Time For A Masquerade Party - Leslie Ashe

Hi everyone!

It's Leslie here again sharing 2 projects I've made recently
that I just ADORE.

Halloween is so fun. Seeing all the kids dressed in their costumes
Trick or Treating, I mean really...how CUTE are they? Going to pumpkin
patches, whatever...this time of year is one of my favorites! I love it.

For my projects today I've created those very things!
Masquerade Party makes it so easy to create fun fall layouts:

My precious niece at the pumpkin patch and getting ready to go
Trick or Treating:

First up,
Trick or Treat:
with this layout,
I simply punched circles using a 3" circle
punch (from several of the papers in this line).
Next, I placed them 4 in a row, 3 rows down.
Using black & white photo's of "Snow White",
I placed them in a row of 3 right in the center of my layout.

The file folders in this line make for GREAT mattes for pictures.
As you can see, I used one for one of my photo's.

The chipboard borders make it SO easy to add to any part of your layout.
Here, I placed mine at the bottom of my layout, with the bottom

part of my title right on it.
I also used a border at the top with my title.

Around 2 of the circles, you'll see journaling and just some extra penmanship.

Such an easy layout to recreate! so fun to do!

and now, let's take a visit to the Pumpkin Patch:

How PERFECT are the colors and designs for little Presley

I chose lots of orange to represent the season.
By layering a bold on top of a bold, really makes the photo's stand out.

Starting off, I simply cut the bold orange background to 10" all around
and added to the center of my base. I wanted to damask print to show as my frame.

Then I cut 2 small borders, added to the left side, with my title in letter stickers
going up...meeting with my chipboard "Halloween" which serves as the other
part of my title page.

and I just made this one simple by using several elements in the
embellishments and chipboard for my title and my extra little "pow"
to these photo's. Again...this one is EASY to recreate. You can use one big photo,
or several wallet sized like I did here.

Thanks so much for stopping by today, I hope you enjoyed my Masquerade Party!

Masquerade Party Invitations with Tessa Wise

Hello!  I've been creating some fun things for Halloween lately and thought I'd share a couple of invitations I created using the Masquerade Party Collection!  My first card is an interactive invite that features lots of our new products:

After adding the orange chevron print (Webs) to my black card front, I added one of the fun printed Treat Bags to the left hand side.  It's so pretty on its own but since I was using this as an invite, I grabbed the Masquerade Party stamps and stamped  the word Party under the printed word Halloween with a black ink.  I also stamped the You're Invited banner onto natural white cardstock and cut it out.  I added it to the top of the bag using dimensional adhesive.  Next I added a small bit of the striped Border Strip to the bottom and the 31 Die Cut circle to the top.  I added two purple Enamel Dots to each side of the circle at the top.

Since I was using one of the Treat Bags, I thought it would be fun to put my party information inside it.  I cut out one of the invite cards (Invitations) and trimmed it down to fit the bag.  I rounded the corners and stapled a bit of ribbon and twine to the top.

Interactive cards are so fun!  With all the information on the outside, there is still room to write a quick note on the inside, as well.

My next card is also a party invitation.  And, like the last, this one also features one of the great invitation cards:

For this card, I created a white card base and covered it with the bats patterned paper (Bats).  I added a strip of the words patterned paper (Bats) to the center, matting it with a piece of purple cardstock that I punched a scallop edge along.

I cut out a journaling card next and wrapped a bit of purple twine around it.  I added one of the orange Decorative Brads to where the knot was and left the strings hanging from it.  I added it to the card front using dimensional foam dots.  Lastly, I added the Oct 31 Die Cut to the top left corner.  To finish this look, I'll just have to add my party information!

The Invitations cards are so great!  They are so easy to use- all you need to do is cut them out and add your party information to them.  They come twelve to the sheet, too so you can invite all your friends! :)

Well, I hope I've inspired you to make your own invitations this season!

Halloween Canvas with Mini Flip Book by Suzanne Sergi

Happy Wednesday! Today, I am bringing you a new project featuring Masquerade Party. I love decorating for Halloween, and it is also a time where I enjoy creating a few altered projects to add my decor. This time I used a 10x10 canvas for the backdrop. I also pulled in some hardware from Tim Holtz to add a mini flip book right in the center. A few of your favorite Halloween snapshots, and you have spooky decor instantly!

To create this altered item, I used the Masquerade Party chipboard sheet, decorative brads, die cut accessory sheet, decorative border strips, and the file folders. A little ink, and fun spider from the craft store, helps to finish the canvas.

The first step is covering the sides and a bit of the front with black acrylic paint. I then distressed the edges of the canvas with a sanding block. You can also see at the top, and sides of the canvas I used a paint dauber to create random dots along the sides. Adds a bit of whimsical charm! I added the banner strips from the 12x12 Masquerade Accessory sheet to create an instant banner. I cut a few of them so they would not over lap too much with the ring binder clip. I also added some glitter paper underneath one of the banners, and embellished with mini bats. In the centers I pulled in tiny orange rhinestones.

Here you can see the plastic spider with twine tied around its body. I also, hung a mini tag punched from the die cut accessory sheet. On the cover of the mini flip album I used the damask chipboard frame. I layered underneath a piece of embossed vellum. On the top of the vellum, is one of the cute paper bags, I used for my title. Around this mini bag, I used a large glittered moon, and chipboard witch to round the embellishing details.

Now, here is a peek at the inside pages. I used a mixture of patterned papers, vellum, mini treat bags and the file folders to create my pages. You can see one of the vellum treat bags being used as the background to adhere my photo of my three children. A simple sticker adds for a fun embellishment in the corner.

I created a die cut flower from one of the papers. Inside I embellished with a button sticker, and brad.

Another page featuring one of my favorite Halloween photos of my daughter. I create a spooky embellishment in the left hand corner of the page. I also spray misted the ledger paper for an even eerier effect.

Here is one last page of my sweet son. Again using the die cut accessory sheet I used bits and pieces to add spooky charm to his page. This will definitely be a piece that will have your family, and friends talking about. What a perfect way to showcase your favorite Halloween memories during the spooky Halloween holiday!

Haunted Mini By Yvonne Blair

Hi everyone Yvonne here with a Haunted Mini Album featuring Teresa Collins new line Masquerade Party.
I know it's a little early, but if you get your mini done now, all you will have to do is add the pictures.
Good idea...right!  Planning ahead and getting organized....that has been one of my goals for this year.
So here you go.
On the front cover I tucked one of the die cut embellishments in one of the paper treat bags.
I thought it helped to add a little misty spookiness.

I used one of my favorites methods of book binding. Back to Back.
You measure each page fold it in half and adhere them back to back.
Then simply adhere the front part of the book insides to the back of the front cover and visa versa for the back of the book.
All the pages measure 8 x 11 1/2.  Simply fold them in half.
You can use whatever papers appeal to you or follow along with me.
The right page is using one of the file folders as an extra fold out.

On the next page use one of the treat bags to create a pocket.  Kind of fun right.
On the right I cut a piece of scrap to 3 1/4 x 5 1/2 and made that a place to put a picture as well as a pocket.

Pictured above the right page is using another treat bag to create a pocket behind as well as on the right side.  Love to have lots of pockets for extra journaling and pictures.
Above is using another file folder (turned down) to create another pocket.
So many interactive places in this little mini...love that!

Again treat bags used as a photo mat and pocket.  Love these treat bags.
They have so many uses besides stuffing them with treats.
Embellishing is all that's left!  A quick and easy mini that will hold fun Halloween memories!

The measurements of the cover are 6 x 8.
Supplies used:
Masquerade Party papers
Masquerade Party Chipboard embellishments, treat bags, decorative brads, die cut borders, die cut embellishments.  Others supplies: Bakers Twine, Studio Matte Medium, Adhesive.
Hope you enjoy.

Masquerade Party Layouts by Jamie Harder

Happy Friday everyone!  I don't know about you but I sure have been enjoying every last bit of the summer sunshine!  Fall is just around the corner...and you know what that means?  Halloween!  I absolutely LOVE Halloween and I was thrilled that Teresa did another amazing Halloween collection.

The Masquerade collection has so many great patterned papers...I used 4 of them of on the layout below!!!  Because my daughter dressed up as a vampire, I decided to cut a few bats from the paper to use as embellishments! It is so great when there are so many fabulous designs on the papers that can also be cut out and used as embellishments, don't ya think?   I also love the stickers, the brads and the enamel dots...so fun!  But my FAVORITE embellishment is the treat bags!!  I know I will be putting treats in them for cute little gifts but they can also be used on layouts to!  I used the bag with the big H - halloween on it, as the title of my page!

The next layout features my youngest daughter - she is such a cute Wonder Woman!  I wanted to include the pumpkin she made on this layout since I thought it was hilarious she wanted to make marshmallow teeth! Ha!  I again had lots of fun mixing in patterned papers, stickers, brads and enamel dots.  This time I cut out a raven from the patterned paper to use as an embellishment!

Thanks for stopping by!  Enjoy your weekend!!!

Carving Memories with Masquerade Party by Stacy Rodriguez

Hello there everyone, Stacy Rodriguez here with you today on the fabulous TCD blog!  My project today features the new line Masquerade Party.  There are so many things I simply love about this line.  The design of the Icon paper I think maybe one of my favorites.  I love all of the images in the circles and it's so fun to punch them out and use them on your projects. The Enamel Dots I ALWAYS love and the chipboard buttons are fabulous as well.

So my project for today is a fun little mini album that would be a great way to sit down with your kids or grand kids and scrap those Halloween photos.  This is a little peak of what my workspace looked like while creating this.

Here is what the finished mini album looks like.

and a little spread out view.

To start to create this mini album you will need to cut 5 pieces cardstock to 4 1/4" x 6 1/4", then pick our the pattern papers that you want to use and cut 10 of those to 4"x6" in size.  You simply start by adhering the pattern paper to the cardstock on both sides.  You can see in the photo above I used some of the border strip along the top, cut apart the invitation sheet and embellished it with some of the chipboard pieces along with some enamel dots.  The orange flower I cut of off a piece of ribbon that I had then placed a brad through the center.

So decorating the inside is the fun part.  You can prep all of your photos by matting them on cardstock to make it easier as you go.  You can layer pattern paper under the photos if you like or simply just place the photo on the page and embellish around it.

Placing a spot for journaling on your pages is always a great idea.  It's the perfect spot to write done all of the fun things that went along with the event.

Once I was finished with this album, I punched a hole in the center top of all of the pages.  I then placed a jump ring through the album and embellished with some ribbon.

Thanks so much for stopping by the blog today.  I hope you give this fun little Halloween mini a try with your kids.
